This is a simple diet app to help people with SIBO. It contains basic information on which foods to avoid.
It is the first version of the app. It contains information only about most common foods, but more foods will be added with updates as well as other useful features.
Small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), also termed small bowel bacterial overgrowth syndrome (SBBOS), is a disorder of excessive bacterial growth in the small intestine. The symptoms of bacterial overgrowth include nausea, flatus, constipation, bloating, abdominal distension, abdominal pain or discomfort, diarrhea, fatigue, and weakness.
If you suspect you have SIBO, you should immediately seek medical advice and get tested for SIBO. This app will help you treat SIBO but please ensure you seek the advice of a qualified doctor before making changes to your diet.
This diet will not work for everyone, it is more of a guideline and you should trust your body reactions over the list.
